Running?  You DO realize that's bad for your knees, don't you?

I used to be a track jock.  Ran the 100 yd, the hurdles, the quarter mile.  I even ran a mile once, and felt like I was gonna die.    Oddly, my knees are still good, in contrast to every joint in my fingers (probably not enough trumpet playing).

These days, my exercise consists of going up and down the stairs, getting the mail, and walking around the grocery store.    Well, maybe it's not quite that bad, but you get the idea.

Anyway, back to running... ya know, hot chicks run, too.  What trails/streets do they frequent in your town?  Something to consider.

But seriously, you guys are rockin' !

Mongo, keep us informed about Helga.

33Ron can probably attest to the health benefits of driving a golf cart, interspersed with the ocassional standing and walking, and excessive stretching of abdominal tissues.
