Okay... all formerly heavy dudes... load me up with some encouragement today (I need it). I've gained about 6 pounds in the last few weeks and can't seem to get back on track. I'm up to 203 pounds, still want to get down to 185-190, and have been doing about the same things now that I shared last year.

The last few pounds are the hardest -- and it would be hard to claim I'm overweight now -- so my motivation is sagging... lagging... dragging...

Pile some more shame / motivation / cursing / whatever onto me -- I need a kick in the seat of the pants -- -- and want it to come from my heroes! (I love you all -- but on this topic Mongo and Cincy are top dogs.)
