I'm still at it, slow progress but still losing. Still swimming and biking in the evenings as schedule allows...I find the one reward meal a week is worth it, but concentrating on fruit and veg., lean meet, eliminating bread and most sweets has been most helpful.

The one thing is that almost all of my commentary on my diet has been here with you guys only. Folks at work are taking notice, but I am avoiding all  lounge/social situations/meetings where food/desserts/snacks are present. This way I don't have to reject the constant barrage of brownie, cookies, and cake offerings of friendship by co-workers. I know this was a big contribution to the prior weight gains and cholesterol concern. Some co-workers are seeing my results and complimenting; others are not pleased by it. Go figure.
