Yeah, Dave, we need an update from Ron --

G I O -- ...have to reject the constant barrage of brownie, cookies, and cake offerings of friendship by co-workers...  ...and church socials, mom visiting, town festivals, the state fair, the old lady down the street that I help with her trash...  YES -- you've captured what was one my biggest challenges -- eating is tied to every interaction in our society, and changing eating habits means, by necessity, changing social habits.  Exceptional point.

Dave -- Dude...  you gotta put the grilling brush down!  Less sauce for you, more smoked preparations!

To your earlier question, yes -- some of my weight gain is muscle gain, but I'm efforting to lose fat faster than gain muscle -- -- and 6 pounds in just a few weeks can't be all muscle -- I've gained on both fronts.

FULL FRONTAL MALE TOPLESSNESS BELOW!  WARNING!!!

Here's an update -- down from 274 pounds in early 2007, 241 pounds on Easter Day 2008, low body weight of 194 in October 2009... this morning I was 201, heavier than this time last year, but also in much better shape.  My goal is to get to 185-ish and have visible abs before I get too old for my wife to care that I have abs again

Here's the pics -- not sure why they're so grainy... crummy phone (but not pink any more, Doc).
