On the menu for today:

Breakfast: 1 1/2 servings oatmeal, touch of honey, 1% milk, coffee

Snack: 2 Bananas

Lunch: Salmon Caesar Salad, Green Tea

Snack: Carrot sticks, apple

Dinner: Hamburger patty, roasted potato wedges, green beans

Late Night Snack (if I'm hungry): 94% Fat Free Popcorn, Bourbon
