"20 minutes of calesthenics this morning & walked 2 miles

On the menu for today:

Snack: 2 Bananas
Lunch: Salmon Caesar Salad, Green Tea
Snack: Carrot sticks, apple
Dinner: Hamburger patty, roasted potato wedges, green beans
Late Night Snack (if I'm hungry): 94% Fat Free Popcorn, Bourbon"

Wow, you're really structured.  I just eat all day.

Today (so far):

12 ounces of water, 2 biscuits of Shredded Wheat, one piece of toast with peanut butter and apricot jam, a glass of orange juice, a multi-vitamin, half a banana, a half sandwich of good bread with a slice of turkey (no mayo, good mustard), 2 small handfuls of dry roasted peanuts lightly salted, 8 ounces of water, a full sandwich of good bread with 2 slices of olive loaf baloney (with Dijon mustard), lettuce salad with carrots and vinegrette, a glass of Chardonnay, about 3 ounces of fresh cooked (last night) sweet potatoes, the same of cauliflower, 6 ounces of water.

But it's only 3:25, so I'm thinking that I'll have some tortilla chips and homemade salsa,  a hotdog, a small serving of mac-and-cheese, and a large salad with some turkey in it, and a beer.  I might have a couple scoops of ice cream, but I doubt it - I'll likely be too full.  Depending on how late I stay up, I might have a glass of Cabernet..  Right now, I gotta get some chips and salsa.  Later, guys!

Edit:  The guacamole that I found in the fridge doesn't count.  It'll only contribute 30 percent to my chips intake.
