Hello All,

Sorry I haven't posted much.  Not much to say; I've been eating mostly Lean Cuisines and snacking on pretzels.  Since my divorce I've been in two serious relationships.  The first one got too physical too fast (did I say that?).  She got the pleasure but I didn't.  LOL.  Eventually (one month) we both regretted what we had done and it soured the relationship.  The second one is on hold as she wasn't quite separated and almost divorced as she said she was.  Wish I hadn't gotten so deep with her though.  The drama of her kept my focus from taking care of myself.  I have a new date tomorrow but that one wants just a friendship and that is all I need at this point.

Anyway, I am going to get back into eating better and exercising.  I plan to grill some chicken and fish this weekend and do some walking.  I need to do some type of exercises as I'm getting a lot of loose flab.  Any suggestions on ones to do that won't mess up my back?

It's neat how my clothes are getting looser all the time.  I need to buy more jeans and shirts this weekend.  I haven't weighed myself in over 6 weeks but I'm sure I've lost over 100lbs.
