Hi All,

Nice to see people are still losing weight and posting.

I need to buy a good scale as I haven't weighed myself in two months.  But I've moved up a few notches on my belt and new pants (48") are feeling a little looser.

I've been walking further.  I did 1.5 miles one night last week and 2.68 miles last Sunday as part of a date.  Unfortunately the only good thing that came from the hike was the exercise.  The lady and I hit it off well earlier last week over dinner (including gravy cheese fries) but she told me she isn't interested in dating anyone at this time.  Not sure why she kept our Sunday date but at least I found a great park to go hiking.

I have been cooking more at home but am snacking on pretzels and peanuts in the evening.  I'm snacking because I am depressed.

I tend to note more about my dating life than my weight loss lately and that tells me where my focus has been.  For my health would someone please send me a single woman to be that special person in my life so I can get back to my weight loss?
