I have been walking every day this week (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday).  I did 4 miles on Monday, 3 on Tuesday, and 4 today for a total of 11 miles and 2,000 calories burned.  I'd like to total 20 miles each week.  Currently I'm walking a little faster than a 3mph pace.  I'd like to get that up to 4mph.  No weights yet but I'll add them later.

Holly was going to join me on my walk today but had to babysit her grandchildren last minute.  We are going out Saturday night.
