That is closer to South Beach than Atkins Stage I -- "as few carbs as possible" and when you get carbs, they are 'along for the ride' in wholesome foods like cheese and cheese.

That's awesome! I can't do Atkins all the time, but the day you described would fit my eating preferences.

How tall are you? I got the impression you are about my height, but maybe you are little shorter (or of lighter build), because while 175 or 180 would probably be healthy for me, I can't imagine getting to it. I'm 5' 11-1/2" (I say 6' most of the time... but I'm not really quite that tall)

If you checked this thread last year... I used 3-4 heads of lettuce a day to remain full...
