It's hard to pick just one........

Solomon Burke, the late/great King of Rock 'N Soul-I went to Milan, Italy for a NYE gig with him in 98 and then in 2002, we went on a 2 week European Tour to all the hot spots, Amsterdam, Berlin, London, Paris, Stockholm. Best time I've ever had making 400.00 a week plus expenses. After we came back, we did the King Biscuit Blues Festival and Roomful Of Blues, one of my favortie bands, opened for us. About a month later, we opened for the Rolling Stones in LA at the Wiltern Theatre. Got to hang backstage with Mic and the boys. Had a nice conversation with Charlie Watts about big bands, etc.

During my Navy time, I played for many Presidents and we did the Anthem at the World Cup soccer match at Stanford when US played Brazil. Wow! My last duty station was in Norfolk, VA and each year they do the International Tattoo, with about 15 bands on the drill floor at the same time. The year Germany was the special guest, we did the German Anthem with a 400+ piece band. Some of those Germans were mean but they sure know how to write brass music.
