I see in the news that chicken eggs aren't as bad for you as they were before.  14 percent less cholesterol, and something like 60 percent more vitamin D (D?).  Something about chickens being fed better stuff these days than years ago.  Also, they're a great source for something else we need, the name of which escapes me, but 1 egg provides 25 percent of it.  And I learned something else:  Cholesterol is only found in animal products.  I did not know that.

And Cincy... I'm glad things are coming together better now.  "Over-expectations" are always a setup for disappointment.   Wink
