Well, guys, I have slipped somewhat off my very rigorous diet plan recently. The facts are, I basically got tired of the GIO success formula foods, and largely due to weather conflicts where I mostly exercised outside, I have put back on roughly 5 pounds since last checking in.

I know.

The yogurt and endless salad regimen went from boring to dislike to not wanting  anything to having the forbidden fish sandwich and later a hot dog, first, real sandwiches since last June I might add.  In my head, I will get back on 100% when the spring weather shows up,  and I can commit to it better. However, we had a couple 70 degree days last week and now snow last night again.

I have been hiking and running with the dogs this weekend and will try to do better. 

My real conclusion is bread is my worst enemy, and then the occasional forbidden dessert!
