A small setback isn't a big deal.  You feel off the wagon briefly and gained a few pounds.  None of us are perfect.  But now -

Buck up!!!  Pull it together!!! 

Do NOT buy low-cal pre-packaged meals. 

Unless you're meeting hot chicks at the gym, it's a waste of money if you don't use it. 

This is simple science.  Eat less calories a day than you burn.   You can eat cake with ice cream at lunch, as long as you have ONLY lettuce, carrots, celery, radishes, bell pepper, broccoli and asparagus after 5 pm.  Capeche??

And don't make me bring up the snacking issue!!!

Now get going!!!  You'll feel better about yourself, and that's always good.
