Last night I made the woman and I:

Roasted shrimp and cilantro pesto pizza
with caramelized onions and buffalo mozzarella.

I really wanted pizza, but with the diet I knew I couldn't have Papa Johns. The calorie count on a 2 slice serving with a small salad was 390. It turned out to be a success.

This diet has really given me a fun new creative outlet in making healthy food that still tastes good.
