You can do it, Jim! This is just a temporary setback for you. Been there myself, and understand it well. Climb back on that wagon, or else I'll put on my gold posing trunks and beat you with a hypothetical copy of a DVD!

87 -- I really wanted pizza, but with the diet I knew I couldn't have Papa Johns. The calorie count on a 2 slice serving with a small salad was 390. It turned out to be a success.

This diet has really given me a fun new creative outlet in making healthy food that still tastes good.

Yep -- that's the kind of life-style shifting that has allowed me to succeed in getting --- --- and maintaining --- --- a healthy relationship with food this time. My wife started turning it into opportunities to be creative, to modify recipes to be more healthy (and cheaper in many cases!), and change how we cook.

From the sound of it, your pizza was way tastier than Papa John's anyway!

I'm doing squash, zucchini and corn-on-the-cob on the grill tonight, with multi-grain rice and salad. Today is a vegetarian day, so we get creative without any meat (lacto-ovo veg for the kids and wife, vegan for me -- we do it a couple of days a week).
