Yes, I got your invitation for dinner last night.  Thanks, I would have loved salmon on the grill with corn on the cob.  (How did you do the corn?  I always promise to soak it, then grill it with the husks on, but I typically end up skipping the soaking part.)  Anyway, sorry I couldn't come... it was my turn to broil breaded pollock with salt, pepper, and a little cayenne (just to kick it up a notch), in the oven.  But it gets even better - I also did peas in the microwave, and leftover smashed potatoes. 

Tonight, it's leftover stracotto pot roast.  Yeehaa!  Man, I sure can cook.  Happy
