10-4 on that, GIO.

I might add to "NEW GREAT TASTE!" ... French's Worchestershire sauce has gone south.

Here's my advice.  Breakfast is intended to provide energy for the morning.  Lunch is intended to provide energy for the afternoon.  Dinner is intended to be a satisfying way to end the day, and provide energy for the night.  If you're one of the lucky ones who burn a lot of energy at night, your diet will be different from those that don't.  So, tank up in the morning, tank up at lunch, and slack off at dinner.  Breakfast:  Waffles, eggs, hash browns, ham (unless you're Jewish), etc.  Lunch: Steak, potatoes, etc.  Dinner:  A tiny portion of fish, a vegetable, and maybe a salad.

That's exactly what Michelle My Belle does, and she knows what be good for you.
