Good idea to go veggie now and then!  We used to do that about once a week, but have been slackin' the past year or two.

I gotta try 87's mango/jalapeno sauce.  Details, please? 

Here's my salmon sludge "recipe" (it varies on a regular basis).  It works for both oven-baked or grilled salmon.

3 - 4 T  chopped parsley
1 t  basil flakes
1/2 t  chili powder
1 T  honey
2 T  soy sauce
A little hot marinade, like Stubbs Pork Marinade or similar, or a little cayenne pepper

Adjust quantities to taste and to keep the sludge from being too runny.
Coat the salmon with the sludge, and let it marinate for at least a couple hours.  It'll still be good though even if you don't have the time.

For cooking, keep the loose liquid (mainly soy sauce) to a minimum - it'll just run off the fish and char in the pan.
