Dude... LUVR... I'm hopping on a plane to your place for dinner in 15 minutes! Sounds delicious... I'd love to hear what ratios you use for a cilantro pesto -- -- I love cilantro, and put it in almost everything this time of year. We're doing more leftovers tonight, supplemented with navy beans. I think that will clean out all the old foodstuffs so I can grill something new on Friday night... I'm thinking some kind of chicken dish...

I spent several weeks at a time just an hour northwest of your Grandparent's hometown -- in Parma (technically working in Collecchio, but our hotel was in Parma). I hated to go home... great climate, great wine, great food, and the engineering group we were working with were awesome people (they developed and built the filling/sealing machine for the Maxwell House plastic coffee can).

EDIT:  I take it back.  I was thinking of the wrong project.  The project group in Cellecchio Italy built the pallet forming and handling systems for the new Gatorade bottles.

Equipment:  Greg Black made John Blount Personal model mouthpiece, Callet Jazz 63xx trumpet --- played at a mediocre comeback level for 30 full minutes per month...
Favorite Maynard Tunes:  Gospel John, all the other ones
