LUVR -- Way to go! 200 Laps? I used to swim as part of my efforts, but can't seem to make it to the pool these days. Excellent work. At 190, 6'3", you've got to be getting pretty lean.

I'm stuck at 186/187 -- depending on whether I ate something salty in the last 12 hours. I'm good with that, and don't mind a sticking point as long as it doesn't last more than a few weeks. Also, since I'm very near my goal I'm okay with slow progress. I'm only 5'11", so I'm a bit thicker than you at this point. I don't think below 180 is realistic on my frame -- Dave and I have met in person a couple times now, and he can testify, I'm not of natural 'slender build', but if you need a sofa moved, I'm your guy.

My exercise regimen lately has consisted of building a chain link fence, and a privacy fence. I built 248 feet of 6 foot cedar fence over the last couple of weeks -- -- that's a lot of time digging, mixing concrete, carrying supplies, etc... I finished 165 feet of 6 foot chain link just before that, and am now on my 120 feet of 4 foot chain link, then the gates, etc... I also dug a trench across my backyard to bury a power cable so I can put some lighting along the far side of my yard. We entertain outside a lot (little kids... who wants twenty visiting ten-year-olds in their house?), so more lighting will make that easier. When it's all finished I'll have built more than 550 feet of fence around my 3/4 acre back-yard. Because of all the physical outlay lately, I'm not being shy about eating. If I feel like another couple (or 3, or 4) helpings of fish, rice, veggies, I just do it. As long as it is clean calories I'm eating all I want so I can bang through my projects.
