I was 185.5 this morning -- but my scale only does 0.5 pound increments... so I might be 185.1 for all I know. I still "claim" 186 until I get three days in a row at 185.0 or below.

Then there's BM - eating a head of lettuce, a pound of cheese and a loaf of bread every day... and losing weight. Grrr. 'Course, he's not sittin' on his butt all day like I do. Actually... I've had to cut out all of the bread, and most of the cheese... and I'm up to about four heads of lettuce a day (plus other veggies, beans, nuts, etc...)

I'm definitely not sitting on my butt this week. Work is hectic, and as I run a manufacturing plant, and my production manager is out this week, I'm on the floor, on my feet, all day -- I logged it with a pedometer a few years ago and I average walking 10-12 miles a day when I run the production floor myself. We've also been working on clean-up from the storms, so my evenings have been running a chainsaw, dragging limbs (not mine... tree...), and shoveling debris... so I've allowed myself a lot of calorie treats this week -- several beers each evening, lots of whole-grain tortillas (my salads are in wrap form this week), two servings of oatmeal at breakfast, 3-4 bananas a day, 1-2 apples, several figs, a pear, and for snacks in between meals raisins, peanuts, almonds, walnuts and sunflower seeds.

I gotta make fondue sometime soon! Oooooh... I love fondue. (Quiche, too.... make all the comments about 'real men' you like... the stuff is tasty.)
