I seem to be stuck at about 187 recently, going from about 185 to 189.  Thankfully, I've never hit 190, which would be a real bummer.  My main problem is that I really enjoy making really nice dinners, and we often eat after 7 pm.  So, of course, there's no real opportunity to burn off the calories before lounging on the sofa and then going to bed.  I need to work more on eating fewer large meals in the evening.  Tonight, it's chef's salad.  Saturday, it's steak on the grill with twice baked potatoes.  Not sure about Friday or Sunday.  Happy
