You hit on something I was wondering about earlier. Why is it that during weight loss, you could play around with 5 pounds in the 180 range much more easily than you could at the 215 mark?  Losing that first 45 lbs. was big for me, maintaining it became easier for several months until I simply got tired of the food.

I have a willpower of iron. The exercising is easy, but I got to the point where salads were becoming simply awful, I hated yogurt and fat free pretzels. So, I had to reinvent the wheel. Now, I got the doc's clean bill of health, and you guys helped me a lot along the way. Also, the cancer screening was negative this summer! Now, if I can get these women and teen girls to quit flirting with me in public, life would be less stressful!  Grin
