You're supposed to do the exercises, not just watch the videos.

Vary the salads:  One day, have an iceberg and red leaf lettuce mix with sliced carrots and radishes.  Another day, have a different lettuce mix with sliced celery and bell pepper.  Also, don't use the same the dressing every time.  Sometimes, I'll omit the croutons, just to add some anticipation to the next time I have them.  These aren't hard and fast rules, just suggestions.  Moving on, I don't get your hatred of yogurt and fat free pretzels - what have they ever done to you?  Try to be more tolerant.

That is excellent news!!  And now, suddenly, I think I know who you are.  Why haven't you told me?!  Not to be rude to others who read this, but I'm fairly certain that I gave you a jar of my homemade salsa or rib rub when you were in Dallas a "while" back.   Happy  Can you confirm that?

Brassman:  Yes, your weight (not mine) will fluctuate over about a 20 5 pound range, based on your activities, or lack thereof.  I've recently found that just sitting outside in the 110 degree heat helps me to lose almost a pound a day.  It redefines the phrase "melt the pounds away".
