Good to read that you've got some, ah, motivation again. Wink

Just so you know, I've had that song in my now for a good part of the day.  Eyes

On the Lean Cuisine thingy, be aware that you're paying almost three dollars for only 9 ounces of food, much of which is pasta and not very nutritious.  You're also getting 20 percent of your daily sodium.  On the other hand, the company (Nestle, based in Vevey, Switzerland, right next door to Montreux) has, ahem, a pretty "healthy" financial condition.  You may want to consider investing in it.  Happy

I might suggest eating dinner earlier in the evening, and replace some of the L.C. with fresh veggies and light meats like fish and chicken.  And if your dating activities include drinking wine, beer, Scotch,  be aware that that stuff is loaded with calories.

I don't eat well all the time, but we make the effort to do so as often as practical.  For example, last night we had basa fish (with homemade bread crumb topping), boiled red potatoes, and fresh green beans with a lemon/butter sauce.  No dessert.  Tonight, it's baked chicken, julienned zuchini and carrots, and a rice pilaf.  No dessert.

Tomorrow night, it's probably Stouffer's lasagna, bruschetta, and then pistachio ice cream.   (And then I'll do some yard work Sunday AM while it's still only 90 degrees.  Happy

Good luck!
