Actually, I think we're on the same page.  I hate going to the bank with a box full of fives and tens and having people staring at me while the teller counts it.  My comment was about calling for customer support.  There's nothing worse than answering six questions to a computer, and then it says "I'll transfer you to someone who can help."  Have you tried calling American Airlines lately?  Happy
