I know this subject has come up before, but I can't seem to find the post with the answer. When a forum member changes his or her avatar, is there a way to
make the new avatar appear in previous posts? I changed my avatar today and the new avatar is appearing in my new posts but not in previous posts. Thanks in
advance for any information on this topic.
ADDENDUM:
OK, I just searched all 10 pages in the avatar search tag thingie at the top of the Water Cooler page and came up with this from F14Tomcat:

It is interesting that once you change your avatar, some older posts will get the new avatar, and some won't. On the old ezboard, the avatar you had when you posted was the avatar that always showed. On other boards, once you change your avatar, it changes forum-wide. Yuku needs to be consistent.
"Figured it out!"
"Your profile now keeps a list of avatars. If you go back and view an old post, the avatar you originally used for that post is apparently no longer
stored with the post, so it displays your new avatar by default. But any new post you make will retain the avatar you had when you posted. As far as I can
see, there is no way to remove avatars from your list, you can only upload more."
Unfortunately, my new avatar still isn't being displayed with my old posts. Whose default is that?
