That was mean. Mouthwatering, deliciously mean, but mean. What, no white cream filled?

You have all been granted a reprieve from seeing a half-naked Brassman... Not yet at my goal.
I have hit a plateau at 199 pounds. Over the last week I've done something I don't normally do -- I've weighed twice a day (normally I only weigh once a week and let the fit of my clothes be my main guide). I've seen my weight fluctuate from 197 to 201 -- a pretty normal range depending on sodium intake, recent meals, etc... etc...
I've upped my calesthenics, so I'm going to claim that though I've continued to shave fat, I've picked up some muscle. My 36 waist slacks are loose and I had to punch another hole in my belt. Check out my new avatar and this pic... I've moved 5 holes in my belt since april -- and can wear one hole tighter if I'm in khakhis instead of jeans (my jeans get too bunched up...).

CINCY - I'm pulling for ya! Keep at it -- if you've had a setback, don't let it get you down, just get back on and keep on going. NC1 - Kick those habits in the crotch and join me in the sub-200 club!! You can do it! Dave -- Thanks, as always, for the support. My update is much more exciting today -- but you are still spared full frontal nudity (for now... )
I am at 196 pounds. That is a total of 45 pounds lost since April 1st -- or 18.7% of my bodyweight.
I'm down 68 pounds from my heaviest of about 4 years ago (264). I know some folks have even bigger challenges -- but 68 pounds is a bunch, so I know what it feels like to have a big challenge in front of you. If you're thinking about, or in the middle of, taking off some weight -- I KNOW YOU CAN DO IT BECAUSE I DID IT!! Go for it!
I am only 1 pound away from my official goal, and have decided not to go any lighter. I am now officially lighter than I was when I met my wife 17 years ago, and she doesn't want me any thinner (she says "I married a big guy, and that's what I want." I will turn my attentions next on converting more of my bodyfat weight to muscle weight, and getting some nice abs going. No shirtless (yet), but I've just got to show off a little of what I've accomplished so far... I started out in 38 jeans, those are 36 jeans in the picture -- with the belt a full 6 holes tighter than was possible 6 months ago...
