Here's a nice version of Wayne playing MacArthur Park with UNT 1 oclock band. What I find interesting is that in two of the classic passages Wayne goes from low register to the A and he skips over the f# and the G. Sometimes that high g in that passage can be tricky to slot. I actually find it easier to slot the A because you're using more air pressure. The g actually take a little bit more finesse to play especially when you're going from one note to the next very quickly like in MacArthur Park. A stand alone high g is entirely different and easier to play.
