... Or gigue
For me, I just played a gig about a week ago with an indie group. This group does a show every two weeks and each show has a different theme. Last week was a kind of anti-Christmas theme. The group plays in a room with a stage that used to be a warehouse and the audience brings their own drinks. We rehearsed for three days before the show and all of the music was learned by ear. During the rehearsals the band leader gave everyone beer and it was really laid back. My fiancees sister and brother wer in the group and we had a really good time. After the show I got w pizza, a 6 pack, and 20 bucks. By far the most interesting group of people I have hung out with. Also, Jim Cavendar came in to play bass guitar so I got to hang out with a true professional musician and we had some good laughs.
